Description: Amuseables Mirielle St. Honoré runs the most exclusive spinning studio in Paris. Those lucky enough to make it through the waiting list (reputed to be more impressive than a crowded metro train at rush hour) are treated to a truly out-of-this-world experience: over-the-top encouragement, disco light shows and double espressos to propel students to unsuspected heights. Each ascent is made to the rhythm of an electro-pop soundtrack, carefully concocted by her good friend Amuseables Beatie Heart. As for Mirielle's signature move, the lightning sprint... impossible to describe. After the effort, it's time for comfort: once the session's over, Mirielle heads off to the Pâtisserie Jellycat alongside Brigitte Brioche, to recuperate gently, between exchanges of sweet playlists and gourmet tips.
