When it comes to handcrafting the perfect Kentucky Bourbon, character reigns supreme. Developed over time, year after year, barrel after barrel, bourbon’s true character continuously evolves. Character is never simply acquired. It is always earned.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Pale amber
• Nose: Toffee, caramel, buttered corn, cinnamon pepper spice
• Palate: Round, viscous - waves of oaky caramel, butter and bursts of pepper give way to a honeyed sweetness and round mouthfeel of baked apple and cinnamon
• Finish: Vibrant pepper-cinnamon-mint burn - light tannin

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
