How to use

1. Wash feet clean and dry.

2. Cut the upper part of the pack with scissors and put them on like socks

3. Stick your ankles tight with the stickers.

4. Rest for 30 minutes.

5. After 30 minutes, take off the packs and wash feet under running water.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
