Description: The Uten.Silo RE is a versatile wall organizer designed by Dorothee Becker in 1969/70, made from recycled materials. Featuring receptacles of various shapes and sizes, as well as metal hooks and clips, it optimizes storage in a variety of spaces such as offices, kitchens, workshops, bathrooms and children's rooms. Dorothee Becker (1938-2023) studied languages in Frankfurt and Munich. After living for a time in London and Paris, she moved to California in 1960. A few years later, she returned to Germany with her husband, Ingo Maurer, and ran a successful boutique for practical everyday objects until 1989.Designed by Dorothee Becker
