A smooth, rich and complex hand-crafted rum created from scratch by their master distiller. This has been ages up to 15 years in bourbon barrels to achieve a beautifully balanced and sippable rum. Finished in Spanish sherry cask.

There are no artificial colours of flavours added. Only the best hand-selected sugarcane, pure spring water and oak.

Like there smash hit original Bumbu the Bumbu XO is named for the 400 year old rum, made by sailors and merchants of the 16th and 17th century west indies.

Product Description

Bumbu is made at a historic Barbadian distillery founded in 1893 and continuously operated for more than 120 years. The rum is distilled using two continuous stills and aged up to 15 years in grade-A, once-used Kentucky bourbon barrels. The yeast used during fermentation is the distillery's own and is a carefully kept secret. At Bumbu Rum Company, all the rums are handcrafted from a blend of sugarcane carefully selected from eight countries throughout the West Indies and South America.

Tasting Notes

Rich raisins, citrusy orange and bitter coffee

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
