Black Barrel is a small batch, handcrafted rum, made of matured double pot distillates and aged column distillates, finished in charred bourbon oak barrels.

Product Description

Produced on the fantastic island of Barbados, Mount Gay Rum can trace its history as far back as 1703. Established by Sir John Gray with the ironically named John Sober this molasses based Rum was one of the first Rum distilleries to adopt Copper Pot Stills for distillation.

Tasting Notes

Bold spice balanced with oaky vanilla and sweet caramel.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
