Artclass Fixing Gel Liner is a eyeliner with a strong defense against water, oil, and rubbing with a powerful fixing formula for a clump free long lasting wear. The gel texture slides smoothly over the eye and finishes crisp and sharp at the tip. The slim design of the pencil makes it easy to draw a fine line from the inner corners to the wing. Smudge proof! Strong against water, sweat, and oil.

*IMPORTANT* Due to the soft nature of the product, beware of breakage if the pencil is used when twisted out too long. Be sure to use the Gel Liner in shorter increments.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
