Nose: Lightly spicy, with soft caramel and butterscotch overtones.

On the palate, there's a complex cherry sweetness with hints of vanilla bean, nutmeg, and clove.
Finish: Smooth and oval, with decadent candied fruit flavors.

This non-peated whiskey is a product of the United States. We strike a balance between the oakiness of American whiskies and conventional Scotch techniques by maturing in casks that have been shaved, toasted, and re-charred (STR). To retain its complexity, we use domestic 2-row malted barley, double distill in all-copper pot stills, and bottle without chill-filtering.

Peat level: None

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
