Overview: On the steepest slopes of Champagne at the gateway to Burgundy, the renowned Kimmeridgian limestone contributes its unique aromas to the wines made in the three appellations of Les Riceys. Domaine Alexandre Bonnet produces some of the most highly prized wines in the Côte des Bar.

This charismatic blended rosé from a selection of the estate’s vineyards expresses the generosity of Pinot Noir from Les Riceys.

Tasting Notes: Clear, intense pink. Expressive and complex nose with red berries: wild strawberries, raspberries, black currants, red currants, and spices such as Sichuan peppers. The palate is full and delicious: very fruity, lively, and structured with silky tannins. Long and refreshing finish. 

Pairing: Enjoy this throughout a buffet dinner, or with a rhubarb and asparagus salad, a tomato tart, or anchovies from Collioure.
