A traditional American-style rum recipe made with sweet molasses and clear mountain stream water from Teal Hollow Spring in Tennessee.

Tasting Notes: Clean and pure, the blackstrap bitterness often associated with many rums is totally absent. The mid-palate juncture, the black pepper/spice returns along with a bittersweet flavor that’s almost nutty or nougat-like; the aftertaste is long, medium-weighted and bittersweet.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
