Our Special Batch Whiskey is a lighter variation on our Original recipe. We used a mellower and fruitier unaged whiskey, and while still hand selecting an array of 2-year seasoned staves, we treated them with a different process in order to allow the floral and fruity nature of the spirit to shine through. After marrying the spirit and the wood in our refiner, we were able to produce an elegant, aromatic whiskey that can be enjoyed anytime.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
