Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: There are tastes of green apple, zest of lime, fragant yellow grapefruit and hints of freshly cut grass. In time honey and toast will develop.
• Palate: The delicate palate is defined by the bright acidity and mouth-watering citrus pith. After careful cellaring this will lead towards rich lemon marmalade. Delicate, pure with salivating citrus pith on the finish

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
