Tasting Notes: A very pleasant wine with great drinkability and capable of evolving nicely for several years, it has a fruity aroma profile with spicy notes in the background and a vibrant, fresh and highly enjoyable mouthfeel and a pleasantly savory tannic sensation

Pairing: First courses, elaborate main courses of meat and aged cheeses
