Whiskey Del Bac is a Tucson, Arizona distillery known for creating a true American single malt with a Sonoran Desert twist. Instead of using peat like many Scottish malts, they dry and smoke their malted barley over native mesquite, giving the spirit a warm, barbecue-like desert smoke.

Dorado is their flagship mesquite-smoked expression. It balances rich malt sweetness with campfire smoke, caramel and toasted oak, all bottled at a flavourful 46% ABV (92 proof). This is a great pick for anyone who likes the idea of Scotch-style single malt but wants something distinctly Southwestern.
