Tasting Notes: 

• Color: Crystal clear liquid, clean, and bright. It has a full body, appearing dense and slow-moving when the glass is swirled. Edges show consistent and prolonged “legs” or “tears”. All responds well to the alcohol content. Against a white background, silver reflections are visible.
• Nose: Spices, flowers, citrus, light toast... It’s difficult to define this Tequila’s great aromatic complexity in just one sentence. A deeper and more deliberate analysis reveals a fine expression of cooked agave sweetness, accompanied by notes of white flowers and even a sweet spiciness reminiscent of sweet pepper. Hints of citrus peel, olives, and a touch of vanillin can also be detected. Great complexity, prolonged persistence, and outstanding intensity.
• Palate: The first sip, before analyzing the other sensory aspects, confirms the Tequila’s density. The weight of the Tequila is felt—a closer mouth feel to oil rather than water. With a second sip, the alcoholic impact is softened significantly to the point where it doesn’t feel aggressive. Instead, it stimulates the taste buds, increasing the sensations of light spiciness and astringency related to its alcohol content. The sweet notes and spices are confirmed, and a fresh green apple accompanied by lychee appear in the finish. The toasted notes from the cooked agave are also present. Several seconds after enjoying the first sip, the Tequila continues to provoke significant salivation due to its outstanding acidity, inviting another sip.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
