Dovetail Queen Bee Honey Flavored Oat Whiskey (200 ml)

Using our triple distilled Oat Whiskey used to produce our Queen of Hearts Whiskey. We start with our 75% distillate and add local honey, from an apiary on the other side of town, bringing it to a warming 45%. The higher ABV starting point allows us to increase the intensity of the honey flavors while maintaining a dry finish unseen in other honey Whiskey. Think “Honey Nut Cheerios” but for adults.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Wildflowers, toasted oats
• Paste: Herbaceous, heavy spice, rich botanicals

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
