Firriato - Gaudensius Rosé - Etna

Overview: It discloses light in Sicily, where pink takes on almost transparent shades. Gaudensius Rosé is a classic method due to the distinctive uniqueness brought as a dowry from a selected collection of Nerello Mascalese grapes, growing the Cavanera estate on Etna, in the Verzella district. A classic method of refined olfactory texture. The fragrances of red fruit and raspberries are exquisite and very pleasant, which on the palate impart fresh, caressing sensations like the delicate but persistent perlage of this bottle forged by Etna.

Tasting Notes: Pale pink, peach tones. Fine floral notes on a background of red fruits. Pomegranate fragrances, citrus flavors. Complex flavor with good structure. It advances sapid and creamy, with a long persistence. Soft and elegant foam, with subtle perlage.
