XM also meaning Extra Madera: as 30% of this Lot was fermented in the wooden tinas. Normally there is no wood fermentation used for the high proof.
This high proof expression is chock full of minerality and herbaceousness and is best if left to rest for a few minutes before sipping.
Made exclusively from a 50/50 mixture of collected rainwater and spring water. Produced by fourth-generation Master Distiller Felipe Camarena. Limited in production and release, this exceptional tequila comes in at 108 proof.
