Hatozaki 12 Year Umeshu Cask Finish is a premium, long-aged Japanese whisky that brings together mature malt character and a distinctly Japanese fruit finish. After at least 12 years of aging, the whisky is finished in casks that previously held umeshu (Japanese plum liqueur). That final rest adds gentle stone-fruit sweetness, floral tones and a soft, rounded mouthfeel on top of the mature oak and malt notes.

This is the most “Japanese” tasting of the Hatozaki lineup — refined, aromatic and layered — and it comes in a bottle that works perfectly for gifting or top-shelf placement.
