Hatozaki Small Batch Japanese Whisky is crafted at the Kaikyo Distillery, a site with over a century of distilling heritage. Named after Japan's oldest stone lighthouse, Hatozaki embodies tradition and craftsmanship. This small batch expression offers a harmonious blend of malt and grain whiskies, aged in a combination of bourbon, sherry, and native Mizunara oak casks.

Its light, smooth, and balanced profile makes it perfect for sipping neat or in classic whisky cocktails.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Pale gold
• Nose: Soft honey, dried fruit, and delicate floral notes
• Palate: Lightly sweet with vanilla, malt, and gentle oak spice
• Finish: Clean and smooth with lingering fruit and mild spice

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
