We’ve spent 3 years creating a proprietary fresh-pepper blend that will make you feel like the hottest person in the room bought your drink (they did, and it’s you). HEARTBEAT starts as a dry, fruit-forward rosé… but then slowly, the spice rolls in and makes your mouth water, your body tingle, and your heart, well, beat. So ditch the spicy marg and give yourself a heavy pour. You're hot. We're hot. Let's do this.

We treat our peppers like grapes, fermenting them to create a 100% pepper wine that is then blended into our dry rosé.

Tasting Notes: Watermelon hibiscus with tangy raspberry and citrus lift. Spice lingers on the palate with a salivating finish.

Pairing: Pairs perfectly with spicy and fresh cuisines. Might make you want to send a spicy text and we say go for it.
