This sake is a blend of unreleased brews from Noguchi’s private collection, resulting in a rare, elegant expression of Japanese craftsmanship. It is a tribute to the art of blending and the legacy of one of Japan’s most respected toji.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Pale straw hue
• Nose: Soothing minerality with aromas of yellow peach, mango, and iris
• Palate: Exotic fruits like passion fruit, kiwi, pineapple, with almond financier and acacia honey
• Finish: Silky texture with a balanced, complex finish

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
