This 2009-distilled, 2022-bottled whisky captures the essence of Orkney craftsmanship, offering an unfiltered, cask-strength experience at 66.1% ABV. With only 285 bottles produced, this whisky is a true collector’s item, delivering Highland Park’s signature balance of sweet malt, smoky peat, and aged oak complexity.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Deep amber.
• Nose: Rich honey, dried fruit, toasted oak, and hints of smoke.
• Palate: Full-bodied with layers of caramel, dark chocolate, heather honey, and smoky peat.
• Finish: Long and warming, with a lingering mix of spice, malt, and smoldering oak.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
