Tasting Notes:

Appearance:
Deep, burnished gold with copper highlights.

Nose:
Powerful and layered. Aromas of dark dried fruits—figs, raisins, and apricots—emerge first, followed by waves of orange peel, dark chocolate, toasted oak, and a trace of heather honey. Subtle earthy peat smoke weaves through, adding Highland Park’s signature Orkney character.

Palate:
Rich, full-bodied, and velvety. Complex flavors of spiced fruitcake, roasted coffee beans, and marmalade glide across the palate.
