Our flagship bourbon is a balanced and delicate grain-forward whiskey made with sustainably grown corn, malted wheat, and lots of malted barley.

The whiskey is aged in new American oak barrels at char 4, allowing the flavors from the high malt content— honey, maple and nut— to complement the caramel, toffee and vanilla notes typical of bourbons. Try our staple offering neat or over ice to get to know it, then mix it into warm or cold cocktails to learn its many nuances.

Blend of 3 and 5 year bourbons

80% Home Base Bourbon: New American oak 59 gallon barrels from from Barrels Unlimited, Medium Char #3; 60% organic corn grown in Sacramento, CA at Adams Grains; 30% malted barley grown and malted at Mecca Grade Estate Malt in Madras, OR, and 10% malted wheat grown in California, malted at Admiral Maltings in Alameda; Distilled, Barreled 08/19 in CA at Corbin Cash Distillery, Atwater, CA; Aged Berkeley, CA at Home Base Spirits

10% Wheated Spirit Works Bourbon: 60% organic corn, 30% organic wheat, 10% organic malt distilled 06/17 in Sebastopol, CA

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
