Jack Daniel’s Heritage Toasted Barrel Tennessee Whiskey is a limited-release expression that showcases the distillery’s deep respect for tradition while highlighting innovative barrel craftsmanship. Crafted at the historic Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, this special release begins as classic Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey—made from a mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye, and mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal using the Lincoln County Process.

What sets Heritage Toasted Barrel apart is its unique finishing process. After full maturation, the whiskey is transferred into specially toasted oak barrels, designed to unlock deeper layers of caramelized sugars and rich oak character without the heavy char influence. This secondary toasting enhances complexity while maintaining the smooth, balanced profile Jack Daniel’s is known for.

Bottled at a higher proof than standard Old No. 7, this expression delivers amplified flavor, warmth, and depth—making it a standout for collectors and a must-try for fans of toasted barrel whiskey.
