‘The Generation Trilogy’ second release, HADDINGTON, is an 11 Year Old Irish Single Malt 46% ABV, matured in bourbon, finished in old Guyana rum. Winner of a Gold at the 2021 Irish Whiskey Awards in the category ‘Single Malt 11 years and younger’. All three of The Generation Trilogy – Toomevara, Haddington and Finisher’s Touch – have won Gold in the Irish Whiskey Awards or the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 3,500 bottles, numbered, and signed by Eunan Ryan.

Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: Fragrances of granola and dried berries with a hint of baked spices and plantain
• Palate: Rich mouth feel as the flavour profile develops from crunchy nougat and peach strudel, to creamy toffee and toasted oak with a hint of ripe banana.
• Finish: Pleasantly spiced medium length with a smooth finish.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
