Our custom designed wave barrel creates an innovative and unique environment to finish our fully mature, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

Tasting Notes: 

• Nose: The aroma is thick with wood — as you might expect — and notes of vanilla and butterscotch over cinnamon apple tart.
• Palate: On the tongue you’ll find classic baking spices up front followed by notes of roasted almonds, sweet bell pepper, fresh wood, and a hint of apple.
• Finish: The finish is medium length with a lingering spice.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
