Overview:  Joseph Carr spent a decade serving as a world-class sommelier followed by another decade as a wine industry executive. After years of hard work, he left it all behind to pursue his dream: starting his own wine company, making wines from California. In the beginning, he only made one wine, Cabernet Sauvignon, but soon thereafter began making a Josh Chardonnay for his wife, Dee. Today, Josh Cellars features 8 varietals and a premium Reserve collection of wines. From day one, proceeds from Josh Cellars have been donated to various military, veteran, and firefighter groups.

Tasting Notes: Intensely flavored with a long finish, our Pinot Noir is elegantly balanced and filled with lush fruit flavors, complemented by subtle hints of toasted wood.

Pairing: Pairs well with roasted turkey, soft cheeses, and hearty vegetables.
