Kilchoman is Islay’s farm distillery—one of the few in Scotland to control every stage of whisky making, from barley growing to bottling on-site. This 15 Year Oloroso Sherry Cask edition is a single cask release under the Impex Cask Evolution series, matured entirely in an Oloroso sherry butt and bottled at natural cask strength.

Limited to just 636 bottles, this expression highlights Kilchoman’s dedication to purity, transparency, and bold, peated character. A true representation of Islay craftsmanship.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
