We set out to source the best small-batch Mezcaleros, who for generations have been sustainably perfecting their craft throughout best mezcal producing regions of Mexico, and share it with our guests at the Acre Baja resort, tucked away in the foothills of San Jose del Cabo .

Tasting Notes: 

• Medium nose and complex palate with a clean finish.
• Dry and earthy texture, like the desert dust beneath your feet
• Hints of sweetness on the nose reminiscent of fresh baked maple sugar cookies.
• Spicy, peppery notes of fresh chopped jalapeños with a slightly lactic smell of queso fresco

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
