Overview: Pioneer of the Brut Nature category, Laurent‑Perrier Ultra Brut* is a wine with no added sugar. It expresses the quintessential character of champagne and was known as a “great wine without sugar”. Launched in 1981, this innovation is a true illustration of the House’s know‑how.

Zero dosage: the Crus and the grape varieties are rigorously selected to ensure that only grapes with high sugar levels and low acidity are retained. These conditions are necessary to create a finished champagne that has the required balance without any dosage.

Tasting Notes: The wine has a white gold color with a fine sparkle. The nose displays minerality and hints of citrus. On the palate the wine is balanced and sustained with a finish that is fresh with notes of lemon.

Pairing: This wine pairs perfectly with seafood, sushi, white fish ceviche as well as young parmesan or pata negra ham.
