Luzhou Laojiao San Ren Xuan Baijiu is a premium expression of strong-aroma (浓香型) baijiu, crafted by Luzhou Laojiao, one of China's most historic and respected distilleries, with a legacy spanning over 400 years.

This baijiu is made using high-quality sorghum, wheat, and pure spring water, fermented in traditional earthen pits that have been in continuous use for centuries. The result is a bold, aromatic, and complex spirit with deep umami richness and an exceptionally smooth finish.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Clear and bright.
• Nose: Intense aromas of fermented grains, floral notes, and hints of spice.
• Palate: Robust sorghum sweetness, layers of umami, white pepper, and dried fruit.
• Finish: Long, warming, and lingering with a balanced complexity.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
