Maddalena - Pinot Grigio - Monterey

Overview: Our Pinot Grigio is crafted in an Italian style. It is cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the natural fruit characters of the grape. Oak barrels are not utilized. The goal is to fully express the individual flavors and terroir of each parcel of land. 

Maddalena Pinot Grigio comes only from the best lots that our estate vineyards have to offer. Small lots are picked and fermented individually with minimal intervention to allow the true expression of the soil and climate. The wines are matured in 100% stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes: Maddalena Pinot Grigio reveals aromas of citrus with hints of wildflowers. The mouth is filled with ripe fruit flavors, including melon and green apples. Bright acidity and mineral notes frame this structured and balanced wine.

Pairing: Drink our Maddalena Pinot Grigio alongside pasta carbonara, roasted beet salad, or even sushi.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
