Amidst the hillsides below, they conscientiously farm a patchwork of vineyards through which they celebrate and protect the history, ecology, and people of this extraordinary region.
The Rosé of Grenache hails from the Rolling Vines vineyard in Los Olivos. Whole-cluster pressed to stainless tank & neutral barrique for native ferment, the wine is aged 4 months in neutral French oak barrique before bottling.
