Premium Japanese gin produced by Matsui Whisky in Tottori, Japan. 13 locally sourced botanicals include Nashi (Japanese pear), cherry blossom, yuzu, Gyokuro green tea, sansho peppercorn, coriander seed, orange peel, black pepper, juniper, and five secret botanicals.\

Tasting Notes: Prominent yuzu complements a juniper-forward nose with hints of grapefruit zest; coriander, ginger root, and orange zest anchor the palate with notes of jasmine, aloe, and sansho peppercorn throughout
