Mezcal Ánimas Ensamble is a soulful union of two revered agaves: Espadín (Agave angustifolia) and Papalote (Agave cupreata). Produced in limited quantities by Master Mezcalero Cristóbal Morales in Santiago Matatlán, this expression bridges regions and flavors, blending the accessibility of Espadín with the wild, floral depth of Papalote.

Each agave is hand-harvested at peak maturity, roasted in conical stone ovens, naturally fermented in wooden vats, and distilled in copper pot stills. The resulting mezcal is rich, layered, and expressive — a true artisan spirit.
