Overview: Minuty Prestige Rosé is a refined expression of Provence's winemaking tradition. Produced by Château Minuty, a family estate with over 80 years of heritage, this rosé is crafted from a blend of Grenache (70%), Syrah (15%), Rolle (10%), and Cinsault (5%) grapes. The wine is direct-pressed and aged in stainless steel to preserve its fresh and vibrant character.

Tasting Notes: A pale salmon hue with aromas of red berries, peach, and citrus notes of pomelo and grapefruit. On the palate, it is dry with a refreshing acidity, light body, and generous mouthfeel. The wine is unwooded, allowing the purity of the fruit to shine through.

Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, this rosé pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. It complements Mediterranean cuisine, including grilled seafood, salads, and light pasta dishes. Additionally, it enhances the flavors of fresh cheeses and charcuterie.
