Moraga Estate Red - Bel Air 2021 (750 ml)

The 2021 Moraga Estate Red is a distinguished Bordeaux-style blend crafted from estate-grown grapes in the unique microclimate of Bel Air, Los Angeles. This vintage reflects the estate's commitment to producing wines of elegance and complexity, showcasing the harmonious integration of varietals and the distinctive terroir of the region.

Winemaking:
The 2021 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. The wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by aging in 100% new French oak barrels for approximately 18-22 months, enhancing its complexity and depth.

Pairing:
Ideal with grilled meats, hearty stews, or aged cheeses. Its robust profile complements dishes like ribeye steak, lamb chops, or mushroom risotto.
