TASTING NOTES: by Brian Beyke

• Nose:  Maple, honey, vanilla bean, brown sugar syrup, soft mint, rainbow sherbet, oak. This nose is balanced and inviting, decadent and leaning more toward bourbon than rye.
• Palate:  The palate is rich and custardy all the way through. Sure it has a myriad of baking spices throughout, but the highlight here is that coating mouthfeel that draws you in and that tingling spice that hangs out through the chew.
• Finish:  The finish is kissed with leather and oak but beckons back to allspice and black pepper before a toasted maple longer linger.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
