Once thought to be lost to the archives, this long-awaited barrel of Peerless Rye is finally ready to be released! Back in the summer of 2022 Chad & Sara were joined by Patrons Michael H., Kim S, and Kevin M. to select a second barrel of Peerless Rye for It's Bourbon Night. The team knew that following up the Peerless "Pearl Dram" Rye release would be a challenge, so the whiskey had to be exceptional. What they found was a layered and complex rye that kept them coming back for more with each sip. Enjoy!

TASTING NOTES:

• Nose: Notes of rich fruit, chocolate, citrus, and delicate spice
• Palate: The notes from the nose translate through to the palate delivering a complex and layered whiskey with a rich mouthfeel
• Finish: Medium-long with dessert notes of fruit and chocolate lingering

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
