Penelope Tokaji Cask Finish 9‑Year Straight Rye is a meticulously crafted limited release from Penelope’s Cooper Series. Distilled by MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana using their signature mash bill (95% rye, 5% malted barley), this rye is aged for nine years then finished in ex‑Tokaji wine casks from Hungary—the legendary “wine of kings”. At 104 proof (approximately 52% ABV), the result is a bold, richly complex expression that marries classic rye spice with late‑harvest sweetness and deep fruit character.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
