Overview:  Philippe Pacalet works with quality plant material. In order for the terroir to be expressed later in the wine, it is necessary to have a soil that ferment, hear fertile soil. Indeed, in order to capture the original information of the place, it is essential that the vine "feeds" itself with the specifics its soil, its geology, its exhibition and its microclimate.

Tasting Notes:  Beautiful dark red color. It is floral (violets, roses) and fruity (raspberry) with hints of liquorice. It is a fleshy and powerful wine with mineral tension due to manganese; It is elegant, charming and structured. Appreciable now but will age admirably.
