Redemption Whiskey presents its Plantation Rum Cask Finish edition, an innovative rye whiskey aged in Plantation Caribbean rum casks. This special finishing process enhances the traditional rye spice with rich molasses, tropical fruit, and oak notes. Part of the Cask Series, this Batch No. 2 release is bottled at 47% ABV (94 Proof) for an intense yet smooth experience.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: Deep golden amber.
• Nose: Aromas of tropical fruit, caramelized sugar, and toasted oak.
• Palate: Bold rye spice layered with molasses, vanilla, and hints of coconut.
• Finish: Long, warming finish with lingering sweetness and spice.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
