Redemption Sur Lee is a bold, innovative straight rye whiskey from the brand’s Specialty Series, inspired by the French winemaking technique sur lie (“on the lees”). After initial maturation, the whiskey is finished with the lees—spent yeast and grain particles—left in the barrel, and stirred regularly to extract extra flavor and texture. This experimental process adds rich layers of complexity and mouthfeel to Redemption’s signature high-rye mash bill (95% rye, 5% malted barley). Bottled at 96 proof, Sur Lee is a one-of-a-kind rye that bridges tradition and boundary-pushing innovation.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
