The rare agave cenizo grows wild on the steep hillsides of Durango, Northern Mexico for 15 long years, before it is ready for harvesting. This artesenal mezcal produces flavours that are exotically intense with rich earthy tones and a hint of smoke.

• Nose: Aromas of tropical fruits, rich honey, and earthy redwood greet you instantly as you uncover this cenizo
• Palate: Rich flavour notes such as papaya, and elderberry berries fill the palate
• Finish: The subtle spiciness is spiced up with aromas of black pepper and caramelised green pepper on a long, smooth finish

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
