Founded in 2010 by San Francisco native Adam Spiegel, Sonoma Distilling Company began as one of the first 200 distilleries in the country and the very first in Sonoma wine country. With a focus on handcrafted, grain-to-glass small batch-production using old-school methods, Sonoma Whiskey is authenticity bold and unpretentious, steeped in traditional values but fueled by the evolved needs of the modern palate. 

Pairing: Aparagus, blue cheese, dry aged steak and pink lady apples. 

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
