Overview: A blend of different vintages from our Chardonnay vineyards, our Blanc de Blancs Champagne offers all the subtlety of this grape. Its fine bubbles and notes of white flowers, peaches and citrus will delight Champagne lovers looking for finesse.

Tasting Notes: Yellow apple and pear, yeasty notes with a hint of citrus. 

Pairing: Pork, salmon, mild and soft cheeses
