Tequila TAU añejo, made in the highlands of Jalisco, is a tequila inspired by the Wixárika culture, dedicated to the eagle god!

Tequila TAU Añejo is matured in American oak barrels for a period of 14 to 18 months to provide those exquisite flavors that are distinguished by the most demanding palates.

Tasting Notes:

• Color: To the eye it is distinguished by an elegant straw gold color, bright, clean and crystalline... full-bodied.
• Nose: On the nose, it invites us to enjoy its characteristic aromas of ripe, caramelized agaves, highlighting hints of pineapple, pear, tangerine, lime, orange, which give way to grass, grass and a hint of lavender and jasmine flower, finishing with delicious notes of vanilla spices, anise and cinnamon.
• Palate: The taste presents a slightly mineral attack, highlighting hints of lime, lemon, pineapple, pear and tangerine, which give way to herbal expressions of mint, grass, green tea and eucalyptus, with delicate notes of chocolate and lavender, culminating with elegant notes of vanilla, pepper, anise that allow us to enjoy the lactic notes of cajeta and butter to enjoy this formidable Tequila.

Hand or machine wash on a cool, gentle cycle with similar colours. Avoid harsh chemicals or stain removers, which can affect the colour.
