Overview: At Terra Sávia, we make award-winning, estate wines and premium extra virgin olive oil. We are passionately involved during 100% of the entire process from the field to the finished product.

From farming select grapes and olives organically on our estate to bottling at our modern winery and olive milling facility, we also maintain strict quality control throughout and adhere to the highest standards of organic farming. We are certified by the California Council of Organic Farmers (CCOF) and consistently win double gold, gold, and silver medals at local and national wine competitions.

100% estate grown in our Sanel Valley Vineyards, Hopland, the southernmost town in Mendocino County.

Tasting Notes: Bright and lively with yellow apple, lemon and peach flavors with honeysuckle notes. Hints of almond, brioche and ginger.
